About Kenzie
Kenzie Dunn is a dance informed personal trainer who believes movement should feel welcoming, empowering, and even a little fun. She creates supportive spaces where people can build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and grow confidence - without pressure, judgment, or diet culture. Her work is grounded in body neutrality, helping clients focus on what their bodies can do rather than how they look.
Kenzie is an Infofit Personal Training Diploma graduate and a BCRPA certified trainer. She has additional education through The Savvy Dance Teacher course with dance specific physiotherapist Erika Mayall and a Heels Dance Teacher certification through Luminesque Dance.
With a background in dance and community care, Kenzie especially loves working with dancers, trans and queer folks, and people in larger bodies. Her approach blends strength, mobility, and body awareness to help clients move with more ease, confidence, and less pain. Sessions are designed to meet people exactly where they are - creating a calm, friendly environment where movement feels accessible, sustainable, and genuinely enjoyable!
Movement isn’t about shrinking your body
If the gym has ever felt intimidating, judgmental, or like it wasn’t built for you, you’re not alone. Movement shouldn’t be about shrinking your body or proving your worth—it should be about feeling stronger, safer, and more at home in yourself. I’m here to help create that space.
