Absolutely. Many people I work with are new to lifting or have had negative experiences with fitness in the past. We start where you are and build gradually.

No. My coaching focuses on strength, mobility, confidence, and feeling good in your body. We do not track weight, body measurements, or pursue weight-loss goals unless that is something you specifically state is one of your goals!

Believe me, you’re not alone in that. I have been there. Sessions are designed to be supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Yes! I have Personal Liability insurance through the BCRPA, where I am certified.

They are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

To ensure availability for all clients and to respect scheduling commitments, I require at least 24 hours' notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-shows") may be charged the full session fee at my discretion.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps maintain a consistent schedule and allows other clients the opportunity to book available time slots.

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.

Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required prior to or at the time of each training session unless otherwise agreed upon (exception of recurring memberships, where payment is charged at the end of every month)
For clients purchasing training packages, payment is due in full at the time of purchase to reserve sessions and secure pricing.
Refunds
Training sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased. If a client is unable to continue training, any unused sessions may be credited toward future services.
Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
In the event that the trainer is unable to provide services for an extended period, a refund or credit for any unused prepaid sessions may be issued.
By purchasing personal training services, clients acknowledge and agree to this Payment & Refund Policy.
