  • I work with people from many backgrounds, but my space is especially welcoming to dancers, queer and trans folks, and people in larger bodies who may not feel comfortable in traditional fitness environments.

  • Not at all! While my background is in dance, many clients simply want to move, feel stronger, or build confidence in the gym.

  • Absolutely. Many people I work with are new to lifting or have had negative experiences with fitness in the past. We start where you are and build gradually.

  • No. My coaching focuses on strength, mobility, confidence, and feeling good in your body. We do not track weight, body measurements, or pursue weight-loss goals unless that is something you specifically state is one of your goals!

  • Believe me, you’re not alone in that. I have been there. Sessions are designed to be supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

  • Just comfortable clothing you can move in and water. Optional: Towel.
